What we collect

Only what you type into the application form. That is your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the part of the city you ride out of, the motorcycle you ride, and an emergency contact name and number. You can also add your Instagram handle, your hometown, your engine capacity, your riding experience, what kind of riding pulls you, the gear you own, and a few lines on why you want to ride with us. Those last ones are optional and the form works without them.

We do not ask for identity documents on this website. Any ID check happens later, directly with you over WhatsApp, after shortlisting.

Where it goes

Your application is written into a private Google Sheet that only the Rev Republic core team can open. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the club, and there is no advertising network attached to this website.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Neither is used by us to track you, and we do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

If you become a member, for as long as you are one. If your application is not taken forward, we keep it for up to twelve months in case you apply again or a spot opens, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your call, any time

Email revrepublic24@gmail.com and ask to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. No form, no process, no reason needed. We will action it and confirm.

Under 18

Do not apply. Rides run on public highways and membership is for adults with a valid licence.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
